Bahrain Specialist Hospital (BSH) had organized a Dinner Gala titled “The Fountain of Youth” on the 9th of March, 2010, at the Movenpick Hotel on the occasion of expanding its Cosmetic Center and equipping it with the latest equipment some of which is the first in the kingdom. The event was under the patronage of HH Shikha Hind Bint Salman Al Khalifa / The President of the Children & Mothers Welfare Society. Many leading international Cosmetic brands participated in the sponsorship of the event. The evening was full of excitement and surprises. More than 300 ladies from Bahrain’s elite society and diplomatic cord attended the Gala.

The Gala’s evening had a very exciting program that included many activities. The welcoming address was delivered by Mrs. Ala’a Al Zayani / Director, Hospital Administration and Finance. The Gala’s address was presented by Dr. Kasim Ardati / BSH CEO. There were many presentations on the subject of the latest cosmetic procedures and their availability at BSH. The first presentation was by Dr. Dean Gomes / Plastic, Cosmetic & Reconstructive Consultant Surgeon and head of the Cosmetic Center. The following presentation was by Dr. Reeti Malhotra / Dermatology Specialist, followed by a lecture about, diet, healthy life style and take away diet meal by Mrs. Sowmya Chandra / Dietician. An entertainment program followed the lectures which included Raffle Draw on valuable Cosmetic Packages and gifts offered by the event’s sponsors. At the end of the events, BSH Management presented Shaikha Hind Bint Salman Al Khalifa with a trophy to commemorate the event and as a token of appreciation for her kind patronage of the Gala. The evening ended with a dinner Buffet. The guests also had the chance to stroll through the exhibition that was organized by BSH and the event’s sponsors.
