Bahrain Specialist Hospital Human Resources Department Employee Awards &
Honoring the BSH Falcon’s Team, runners of the Marathon Relay 2007

The Bahrain Specialist Hospital’s management and employees gathered today at the BSH premises to witness the awarding ceremony of its employees who were selected for the various monthly awards. 

The event was opened by the Human Resources Director, Mr. Abdul Aziz Ismail Hassan who explained the criteria of the selection, followed by the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Kasim Ardati and the Director, Hospital Administration & Finance, Mrs. Ala’a Al Zayani.  

The selection of awardees is in every month but the awarding ceremony celebration is on Quarterly basis.  The monthly awards were for the following categories under the three captioned titles:

Categories:  Outstanding, Excellent and Very good. 

• Productive Employees (February 2008)
• Organized Employees (March 2008)
• Star of the Department Employees (April 2008)
• Photo sessions of the previous awardees:
  i. Good Team Leader (December 2007)
  ii. Honest / Loyal (January 2008)

BSH participated in the Bahrain Marathon Relay in 2007 and the BSH runners “BSH Falcons Team” were honored today and were presented with medals and certificates.

The awarding was followed by light snacks and refreshments. BSH management plays an important role to ensure that interactions and camaraderie are practiced at BSH that will create a better team work, efficiency and dedication amongst all employees in the BSH family.
